Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, manufacturer pricing, logistics cost, or changes in project scope before a final agreement is signed.
Orders and payments
Projects will only commence after the agreed payment terms have been fulfilled.
Ownership of supplied equipment remains with AKHAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED until full payment has been received.
Installation
Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, site readiness, client approvals, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies only in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and any additional written warranty provided by AKHAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS LIMITED.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, natural disasters, vandalism, or improper operation.
