Refunds

Refund requests may be considered before an order has been processed, shipped, or installation has commenced.

Due to the Customized nature of many solar energy systems and engineering services, payments made for completed services, custom orders, or installed systems are generally non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before processing may qualify for full or partial refund, subject to any cost already incurred.
